Kristi Edelman is the Chief Financial Officer of Fred Jones Enterprises, where she has worked since 1994. During her tenure, she has worked in all areas of accounting including strategic financial planning, debt negotiation, budgeting, audit coordination, due diligence oversight, financial assimilation of acquisitions, segment dispositions, legal contract review, and other operational activities.

Prior to joining Fred Jones Enterprises, she was in public accounting with a CPA firm that specialized in auditing financial institutions and performing accounting and tax work for small businesses. Kristi received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where she received the USAO Distinguished Graduate Award. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994. She is a member of the AICPA, the OSCPA and Financial Executives International.
