Fred Jones Enterprises is a family owned business headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Fred Jones Enterprises was originally formed in 1938 and has been involved in every aspect of the automotive parts industry, including manufacturing, distribution, and servicing vehicles. Fred Jones Enterprises is a Ford Authorized Distributor of the Ford Remanufactured powertrain assemblies as well as FCA Powertrain assemblies and related components.

JAC Products is a leading global designer and manufacturer of roof racks, cargo management systems, assist steps and related products for automobiles.

Modineer

Modineer is a manufacturer and fabricator of low – to medium – volume complex metal components and assemblies for the automotive, military, truck/trailer and industrial markets.

Global Parts Distributors, LLC, which produced and distributed aftermarket automotive components primarily for air conditioning and radiator units to discount parts warehouses, retail chains, mass-market retailers, independent garages and repair shops across the United States.

Sac-Cal Distributors, a Ford Authorized Distributor in California, acquired by Fred Jones Enterprises.

TAM Engineering Corporations, a Ford Authorized Remanufacturer and authorized Motorcraft Distributor, acquired by Fred Jones Companies.

Zener Electronics/Speedometer Systems, a remanufacturer of instrument clusters and electronic components, acquired by Fred Jones Companies.

Fred Jones Remanufacturing was for over 50 years the worldwide leader in remanufacturing transmissions and engines for Ford, GM and Chrysler.  With operations in North America and Europe, FJR pioneered processes and systems in remanufacturing, core management and reverse logistics.  In 1998, FJR was purchased by Aftermarket Technologies Corporation.

Fred Jones Ford was one of the largest Ford dealership groups in the country and was sold to Ford Motor Company in 2000.
