John Kobza has been active since 2002 in developing and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies for Hall Capital. Prior to 2002, John was a Managing Director at Vine Street Partners where he was responsible for the origination and execution of merger and acquisition and capital raising assignments for a broad array of middle market companies.

Prior to joining Vine Street in 1994, John was an associate for the Prudential Capital Group in New Jersey and Chicago, where he was actively involved in funding private placements to large corporations and portfolio management. John holds a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and completed the Advanced Management Program Intensive at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
