Prior to joining Hall Capital in 2012, Jonathan was with Argonaut Private Equity, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing several portfolio companies within a diversified global private equity fund.

Jonathan started his career as an investment banker within the Energy & Power group of Banc of America Securities in New York, where he focused on capital raising and M&A advisory services for companies in the utility and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Adamson holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Management Science from Southern Methodist University; and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Sord Scholar and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.
