Noé Duran joined Hall Capital in 2015 as a Senior Associate for the Private Equity group. Noé started his career in 2005 at Ernst & Young (EY) in Oklahoma City where he worked four years as an assurance auditor. During his time at EY, Noé supervised and performed financial statement audits for public and privately held companies in various industries that included oil and gas, chemicals/utilities, restaurants and healthcare.
Noé most recently served as Controller for private equity group Laço Management in São Paulo, Brazil from 2010 to 2014. Noé was responsible for the monthly financial reporting and consolidation of each invested entity to U.S. management and shareholders. He also conducted financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting of the investments, and performed financial due diligence and contract negotiations on existing and potential investment opportunities.
Noé graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and is an active Certified Public Accountant since 2007. He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, and is an Eagle Scout. Noé and his wife Pammella have two children, Noah and Santiago.
